I emailed support with pictures, they responded and apologized - they offered to replace it and asked for my address. I provided the info but have received no resolution.

The design is wonderful and aestheticly pleasing to the eye. The spinning component need to be more fluid and have more self propelled spinning time.
The gift recipients really liked the mezmoglobe, although the globes arrived in great condition they were sent in a padded envelope. Was really hoping for a box that could be easily wrapped.
