Shipping & Return

We ship Worldwide and use the fastest shipping option based on your location. Freight charges will appear from the order confirmation before you pay. We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days.

We ship from various locations in the EU by National Post Services or TNT and delivery depends on your location :

For US customers - delivery typically take from 5-14 days to arrive depending on your location in the US.

Canada, Australia, New Zealand customers - orders processed typically take 1-3 weeks to arrive depending on your location.

EU customers - we ship by National Post Services and delivery time can take anywhere from 4-14 business days depending on your location.

Rest of the world - we ship from various locations in the EU by National Post Services or TNT and delivery can take anywhere from 5-18 business days depending on your location.

We ship all international orders as parcel post which makes it possible to trace the parcel. We carefully pack goods in protective boxes or tubes to secure that products will arrive in perfect condition.

Taxes & Duties

Please note that when shipping to outside of (USA and Europe) the order may have to go through the customs clearance (depending on each Counties customs threshold and rules). This procedure is not included in the approximate delivery time and additional custom tax may apply.

We accept all major credit card payments. You can also pay with PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay or ShopifyPay for a faster check out.

MEZMOGLOBE does not keep or even register data concerning your payment details. All payments are conducted via secure SSL encrypted pages through the payment provider.

Returns

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order you can return it within 14 days after receiving the good(s). We’re happy to help. Just email us via contact page or directly to info@mezmoglobe.com and we’ll take you through the process.

When a product shows factory defects or if we shipped the wrong item, we will pay for the shipping costs in the form of a refund. In all other cases you will have to pay for the shipping costs of the returned good(s).
